Introduction

It was recommended by the Activity Guide to read several articles and readings before proceeding with the selection of  Web 2.0 Tool to facilitate a planning on problem solving, based on Unit 1. However, the suggested readings of Unit 2 do not connect well with the purpose and use of a Web 2.0 tool to facilitate the planning of the activity of Unit 1, because the readings of Unit 2 do not talk about the topic of Web 2. tools, and how to use them in educational management. Instead, the readings are more based on schools and universities on an international scale, and why some of them need to collaborate between them to make courses and credits acceptable in other schools and universities. The readings of UNIT 2 touch on topics about Educational Management that are more complex and broader in extension, than a simple planning process on problem solving of one local or regional school in Colombia, based on the previous individual contributions given for the Activity Guide of Unit 1. Therefore, what ever we find in regard to Web 2.0 Tools is going to be based in our own research, and not on the readings suggested in Unit 2, for this Activity.
